* These shoes are designed to adjust to the shape of your feet. There is no left or right shoe!

* Please dry clean the shoes only, You may use a damp cloth to clean mild stains and let it dry completely before storing

* Please store them in the cotton dust bag enclosed in the box

* If the shoes feel snug initially, they will loosen up and feel comfortable in a few wears. We recommend wearing them with socks initially.

* Do not wear them in the rain/snow. If the shoes get wet, leave them out to dry completely before storing them.

* Wabi-Sabi! These are entirely hand-crafted. While the artisans have been careful, you may notice some imperfections
