Frequently Asked Questions

What makes Pode shoes special?

Every pair of Pode shoes is handcrafted by skilled artisans in India, using traditional embroidery and stitching techniques. They’re lightweight, shaped like ballet flats, and inspired by powerful women—so you can feel stylish, comfortable, and unstoppable.

What are Pode shoes made of?

Most of our shoes are made with a soft, genuine leather base, layered with fabrics, hand embroidery, and delicate beadwork.

Do you have vegan shoes?

Yes we do! We offer vegan options made with TVC (a synthetic leather alternative) and fabric. They're just as beautiful, comfortable, and full of personality—no leather involved. Look out for the Vegan Shoes on the product pages.

How do I pick the right size?

We suggest going with your usual size. If you’re unsure or between sizes, check out our Size Guide or send us a message—we love helping you find your perfect fit.

Do they stretch over time?

Yes! Especially our leather-based shoes. They soften and shape to your feet with wear, giving you that perfectly broken-in feel after a few outings.

Can I return or exchange my shoes?

Absolutely. You’ve got 14 days from delivery to return or exchange unworn shoes. Just email us at info@pode.shopping and we’ll sort everything out smoothly.

Where do you ship?

We ship all over United States! Orders over $100 ship free in the U.S.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once your order is processed (within 2–3 business days), it’ll be on its way:

  • U.S.: 5–7 business days
  • International:Coming soon!

Are the designs limited edition?

Yes! Many of our shoes are made in small batches using unique materials. So if something catches your eye, don’t wait too long.

Do you do custom designs?

Not right now, but it's on our dream board! For now, we’re focused on curating thoughtful collections that tell a story—and look amazing doing it.

How do I take care of my Pode shoes?

By gently spot-cleaning with a damp cloth. Store them in their dust bag, and avoid heavy rain or water.
